Leaving coffee on hot burner for a long period of time can cause coffee to taste burnt; transfer to carafe after brewing.How to store: 1. Once opened, this coffee will keep fresh on your shelf for about 10 days, in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks, or in the freezer for nearly 3 months. 2. If you store coffee in the freezer, never let container sit out at room temperature. Condensation can form and eventually stale the coffee.
