How to useHOW TO BREW: Always use fresh, filtered cold water. American Coffee: Measure 1 Tbsp ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. Espresso: Measure 1 Tbsp (7 grams) finely ground coffee to 1 fl oz (30 ml) of water. Iced Coffee: Measure 2 Tbsp coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. After brewing, pour over ice. Adjust recipes to taste. HOW TO STORE: Once opened, store coffee in airtight container at room temperature away from light and moisture. GRINDING CHART: Do Not Regrind.
