How to useKeep Frozen. Do not microwave. Cook to internal temperature of 165 F to ensure juicy, tender and safe Uncured Beef Franks in Puff Pastry. Use a digital thermometer. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Remove desired number of frozen appetizers from packaging; place on nonstick baking sheet in single layer about 1/2-inch apart. 2. Bake entire package 24-26 minutes (half package or less 22-24 minutes) until golden brown. Let cool 2-3 minutes before serving. CAUTION: Pastry and franks will be HOT. Chef Tip: For easy clean up, line baking sheet with parchment paper. |
