Brew fresh by grinding just enough beans for each batch. Use 1 tablespoon of medium-ground coffee per 6 fluid ounces of filtered cold water for a classic American coffee, or adjust to your taste. Store in an airtight container at room temperature away from sunlight.

How to useOnce opened, store coffee in airtight container at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. HOW TO BREW: Always use fresh, filtered cold water. Espresso: Measure about ½ Tablespoon (7g) finely ground coffee to 1 fl oz (30 ml) of water. American Coffee: Measure 1 Tablespoon ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. Iced Coffee: Measure 2 Tablespoons coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. After brewing, just pour over ice. Adjust recipes to taste.
