How to useMicrowave Directions: (1) Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut slit in center of film cover. (2) Microwave on high 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir. Replace film. Microwave on high for additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cooked through. (3) Let stand in microwave 1 minute. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. Oven Directions: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut a slit in center of film cover. (2) Place bowl on baking sheet in center of oven. Bake 35 minutes. (3) carefully remove from oven. Let stand 1 minute. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. Cook throughly. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use.
