How to use

Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 155 degrees F. Cook from frozen. Microwave not recommended. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Place desired number of fillets on non-stick baking sheet in a single layer. 3. Bake 22-24 min, turning halfway through. Air Fryer: 1. Preheat unit to 400 degrees F on Air Fry setting. 2. Arrange fillets in a single layer (do not overcrowd). 3. Cook 12-13 min, turning as needed. Caution: Fillets will be HOT. Use by date stamped on package.
