Place unopened bag face down on microwave-safe plate. 2. Cook on HIGH 5-6 min (bag will inflate during cooking and release steam). Rest 1 min. 3. Remove from microwave; carefully open bag avoiding steam. Caution: Bag and contents are HOT. Stovetop: 1. Place carrots in saucepan with 1/2 cup water; cover. 2. Bring to a boil on HIGH.
