How to useOnce opened, store coffee in airtight container at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. How to Brew: Always use fresh, filtered cold water. American Coffee: Measure 1 Tbsp ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. Espresso: Measure 1 Tbsp (7 grams) finely ground coffee to 1 fl oz (30 ml) of water. Iced Coffee: Measure 2 Tbsp ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. After brewing, pour over ice. Adjust recipes to taste. Grinding Chart: Turkish: Extra Fine. Espresso: Fine. K-Cup: Med-Fine. Auto Drip: Medium. Percolator: Coarse. French Press: Extra Course. DO NOT REGRIND. Grind just enough for each fresh batch. Note: If pre-ground, measure for your taste. |
